I went out to do a few things, while I was out, I decided to see if my webhost replied to a ticket, and behold, he responded. A cPanel update screwed things up apparently, so he created a new one and alls well now. Slight hiccup, but hey, it took barely an hour to get things fixed. Now how's that for support. PayPal gave the wrong transaction ID to the company and that's how Kalshion's account got suspended.. We got it sorted in about two hours, so the server is up and running again. We may not be getting a new provider and probably staying with the current one. However, what we will do, if at all possible, is link to another server perhaps and see how that goes. However, this is still in planning, there are no definite signs on this right now. I'm going to be trying to talk to the people and admins at that server and see what we can come up with. I can't say this is a new provider, as having the extra perks would be nice, but I can't pay for bandwidth overages that's possible with IRC servers. Instead, I'll be changing servers that's on the provider, so if there are any hiccups for the next 24-48 hours, I do apologize. I'll have to do some quick edits to the configuration files, but I should be able to get the IRC up pretty soon. As a just in case matter, I will go ahead and shut down the IRC and wait until the move is complete and go from there. Again, I do apologize for any inconvenience. Alright, quick update. At least, that's what I got when I contacted support. They could of mentioned something at least. -_- Anyway, server is in working order again, so it's working fine. I do believe I have most of the configuring re-done, but for those who had a bot from BotServ will have to re-configure any of the auto-kick/ban functions you may have had while it was there.
